Start with your supply
Processing fresh whole fruit and upgrading prepared juice are different projects. Keep fruit intake, liquid flow and packed product separate when choosing equipment.
Build the line around the separation that makes passion fruit distinctive: release the seed-bearing pulp from the shell, then finish the extracted material to the intended product. Washing, handling, liquid treatment and packaging connect around these two operations.
