The packing end of the ingredient line

Aseptic bulk bag filling system

Transfer treated passion fruit juice, pulp or concentrate into the selected aseptic bag format. The filling head, bag fitment, process connections and container handling work as a coordinated packing system downstream of the established product treatment.

Coordinate the product connection and the physical bag

The bag fitment connects to the selected filling head inside the defined controlled filling zone. Product supply, bag preparation, filling, closure and removal need a coordinated sequence. The surrounding handling equipment supports that sequence without obstructing access to the head.

The photographed arrangement has two filling positions and drum rollers. Position count alone does not state simultaneous operation or bags per hour. The effective cycle depends on the specified product flow, bag format, handling method and the time required for all filling and changeover operations.

Choose the package and fitment before sizing the filling arrangement

Catalogue families include bags, bag-in-box and bag-in-drum arrangements. Match the head and handling package to the actual format; a small bag and a drum liner do not imply an identical mechanical setup.

Maintain the defined boundary from treatment to closure

The product treatment, downstream transfer pipe, valves and filling head must form an agreed aseptic process. A filler cannot compensate for product that has not received its required treatment or for an upstream break in that boundary.

Specify startup preparation, the applicable cleaning and sterilisation procedures, production interruptions and the response to an off-condition event. Bag and fitment suitability belongs in the same specification as the equipment rather than being left as a purchasing detail after commissioning.

Evaluate the complete operating cycle

An acceptance run should include the selected product and pack, repeatable filling measurement, closure checks and the full handling sequence. Measure the resulting cycle instead of dividing a liquid-flow figure by nominal bag size and treating that result as a production rate.

The final product and package require their own validation and storage specification. The term aseptic filler does not by itself establish a shelf life for every passion fruit ingredient.

Questions about this stage

Does a two-position filler have a fixed drum output?

No. Establish the duty using the actual pack, product, filling mode, head preparation and container handling cycle. Two positions describe the arrangement, not a verified hourly output.
