The bag volume is only the first selection input
The catalogue family covers bag-format options, but different heads and handling arrangements are required for different packs. The pictured configuration is not proof that one setup covers every listed volume. Confirm the selected bag and fitment with the equipment configuration.
Describe the intended support container and handling route as well as the nominal fill. Product flow, package changes and the operating sequence affect the filling duty. Keep these inputs with the target output instead of selecting only by bag size.
| Decision | Selection basis |
|---|---|
| Bag | Volume, fitment and package compatibility |
| Handling | Support container, loading and filled-pack removal |
| Product | Composition, viscosity, inclusions and inlet conditions |
| Upstream | Thermal outlet, buffering and sanitary connection |
Follow the aseptic path to the filling interface
Aseptic filling requires the specified product conditions and an appropriate protected path from upstream treatment to the package interface. An ordinary tank or open preparation machine does not become aseptic because a bag filler is installed downstream.
The thermal outlet, any aseptic buffer and filler need compatible procedures for preparation, production and interruptions. Cleaning and sterile preparation are distinct operations. Confirm the boundaries and operating response across those connected units in the proposed line.
Agree the checks before fixing the filling scope
The acceptance basis includes the intended product, bag configuration and inlet conditions. Filling performance should be assessed with the required package and the material that will actually be handled. Seed inclusion and consistency may change the passage through the fitment and head.
Shelf life depends on the product, validated process, package and storage conditions. The equipment photograph or catalogue volume range does not establish a shelf-life claim. Include the required storage plan in the enquiry so the complete product route can be discussed.

Questions about this stage
Does one filling head cover every catalogue bag size?
The family offers different package configurations. The bag volume, fitment, filling head and handling arrangement must be matched for the specific scope.
